What will I learn?

The purpose of this qualification is to equip students with appropriate knowledge, skills and attitude to work effectively and efficiently to maintain a high standard when it comes to the operational- and supervisory levels within the F&B Industry. It further equip students to oversee operations related to serve food and drinks in restaurants, hotels, cafeterias and resorts.

You’ll study industry-specific subjects like beverage management, purchasing management, leadership management, planning and control for food and beverage operations, food safety, serving, wine and bartending.
