Purpose of the course:
The purpose of this short course is to provide knowledge on how to do the basic maintenance at a resort or similar environment.
At the end of this course, the learner will have knowledge regarding:
- Basic electricity maintenance: changing of globes, replacing fuses, etc.;
- Vehicle maintenance: how to do basic service and fault finding on a vehicle;
- How to paint a small area;
- Basic carpentry work such as putting up a shelf;
- Administration of technical work: the completion of a job card, basic layout of a store and the control mechanisms of stock
